Welcome to Mock Realty, an independent, second generation, locally owned
full-service real estate firm in Boulder since 1965. Mock Realty is a dedicated
group of real estate professionals comprised of individuals with unique and
interesting backgrounds. Mock Realty focuses on the fine details and traditional
values of the client, which keeps them returning and referring friends and family
for years to come.
We currently employ over 15 Real Estate brokers that average at least fourteen
years experience selling real estate along the Front Range. Our open door policy,
team players and a family atmosphere are qualities that set our firm apart from
the national or local chains. Mock Realty is home to many seasoned agents that
gladly participate in our mentoring program for anyone that comes to our team

Showing that provides excellent feedback and showing reports and offers 24
hour ability to schedule showings. Currently we are one of two agencies
displaying a video of services on the Boulder Chamber Website. We use the
CMA Took Kit to provide formatted listing presentations to potential clients.
All types of individualized marketing products and home flyers are created
and printed on site, or our experienced staff will assist with ordering your
maketing portfolio with local, internet and print companies. We send all our
clients a quarterly newsletter with market trends and stats and will assist you
with all your bulk mailing needs. Your closings are important - we provide you
with a complete paper, electronic or CD file for your clients - it's your choice!
Every Tuesday Mock Realty holds sales meetings where our agents discuss
current market trends, changes in contracts, conduct trainings, discuss new
community developments, market shifts and new listings. In addition,
Mock Realty is one of the only agencies that takes the time to visit each other's
new listings directly after the sales meeting. This weekly connection with other
agents and their client's homes is highly regarded as one of the reasons they
enjoy working with Mock Realty. And, Open Houses - our realtors work as a
team and selectively open listings together and host for one another.
Community - Our agents work and volunteer in the community. We are the
designated brokerage firm for the Boulder Valley School District and have strong
ties with the University of Colorado. We team together for Boulder's Habitat
for Humanity and serve with over 30 community organizations. For the past fourteen
years, our agents have hosted an Annual Halloween Neighborhood Party that
entertaines over 550 families in Boulder. Agents, Staff and sponsors participate in this
welcomed holiday tradition. We also are a proud sponsor of events, including
the University of Colorado's Buffalo Bicycle Classic.
