I am pleased to have this opportunity to present myself to you. My name is Colette M. Herwitt and I have been a Mock Realty broker for the last 16 years.  Having moved to Boulder 17 years ago from the East Coast, I am well acquainted with the trials of relocation. Finding ´affordable housing¡ was only the beginning. It was also essential to locate schools for my children, new doctors, new dentists, and most importantly a new sense of community and an identity within that community. Being a minority in a predominantly white environment presents its own set of challenges. Upon arrival to Boulder, I took it upon myself to become involved in many community organizations and cultural boards including the Minority Advisory Board to the Boulder Valley School District and The United Black Women of Boulder Valley. Having been a professional ballet dancer, it was only natural for me to also become an executive board member and supporter of The Colorado Dance Festival. Professionally speaking, I pride myself on my ability to listen to the needs of my clients. I work very hard to help them achieve their real estate goals. I realize that Boulder Valley is an expensive place to live and for this reason, I have made it my mission to stay on top of the affordable and median-priced inventory. I have been one of Mock Realtyÿs top producers. I am both personally and professionally committed to this community. As a Mock Realty broker, I bring to my clients caring, integrity and a broad knowledge of the community from a perspective that is often overlooked.
